We are all guilty of this at one point. You decide to improve your life, so you set a goal towards that objective and try to develop a specific habit to help you achieve the goal.

Initially, you were dutifully cultivating this new habit until the uncertainties of life get a better part of you, which leads to skipping a day. Later, the pattern repeats itself. This time you are skipping more days. At last, you resigned yourself to your fate because you simply can’t develop this new habit you desire.

The truth is that it is difficult to cultivate new habits. We all have our share of chaotic existence, which makes it tough to be loyal to any routine, and it’s even more challenging trying to fit a new schedule into your already chaotic life.
